We are asked to find the area of a triangle given that <A =28 degrees, c = 8, and b = 23.
Since we have been given two sides and an included angle we will use the following formula:
Area = 1/2 bc sin(A)
Area = 1/2 (23)(8)sin(28)
Area = 43.19 square units
The area of the triangle is 43.19 square units.
