`5xy - 3y +10x -6`

`= 5xy+10x-3y-6`

`= 5x(y+2)-3(y+2)`

`= (y+2)(5x-3)`

So when you factorize `5xy -3y +10x- 6` you will get;

`5xy -3y +10x- 6= (y+2)(5x-3)`
