24bh-16hc+8hk

First, arrange the variables alphabetically.

24bh-16ch+8hk

Next, factor out the greatest common factor (GCF) from each term in the expression.

8h(3b)+8h(-2c)+8h(k)

8h(3b-2c+k)

`24bh -16hc +8hk `    the first step is to factor out the greatest common factor which would be 8h

`8h(3b-2c+6)`  and that's your answer
