If f(x) = x^2/3 and g(x) = 8x^-1/2, find: 

A) (gof)(27)

B) (g(f(x))

f(x)= x^(2/x)

==> f(17)= 27^(2/3)= (27^(1/3))^2 = 3^2 = 9

g(x)= 8x^(-1/2)

==> g(9) = 8(9^(-1/2)) = 8(1/3)= 8/3

A) gof(27) = g(f(27) = g(9) =  8/3

B) gof(x) = g(f(x))= g(x^(2/3)) = 8(x^(2/3))^(-1/2) = 8x^(-1/3).

==> g(f(x))= 8x^(-1/3)
