For f(x)= -4x+5, find f(-4) + f(3)

### 1 Answer | Add Yours

Using the formula, we get

`f(-4)=-4(-4)+5=16+5=21` and

`f(3)=-4(3)+5=-12+5=-7,` so

`f(-4)+f(3)=21+(-7)=14.`
