Given `f(x)=4x+3/x` :
`f'(x)=4-3x^(-2)=4-3/x^2` using the general power rule.
`f'(5)=4-3/25=97/25=3.88` . This is the slope of the tangent line to f(x) at x=5.
Since the point is (5,20.6) and the slope is `3.88` we have:
`y=3.88x+1.2` is the equation of the tangent line at x=5.
