The function f(x)=2x+4, and g(x)=(x^2+x+5)

g(f(x))

= g(2x+4)

= (2x+4)^2+(2x+4)+5

= 4x^2 + 16 + 16x + 2x + 4 + 5

=> 4x^2 + 18x + 25

The nested function g(f(x)) = 4x^2 + 18x + 25
