This expression cannot be expressed in the form nPr

Recall the definition of nPr:

nPr = n * (n - 1) * ... * (n - r + 1)

The given expression, (27*26*25*24) / (4*3*2*1) is not in this form. It can however be expressed in the form of nCr, which has been previously answered here eNotes -- see the link below.
