If `x=5` and `y=2`

`4x^2 +xy + 4y^2 = 4(x)(x) + xy + 4(y)(y) = 4(5)(5) + (5)(2) + 4(2)(2)`

`= 4(25) + 10 + 4(4) = 100 + 10 + 16 = 126`

The expression evaluates to 126
