Length(L) between two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are given by;

`L = sqrt((x1-x2)^2+(y1-y2)^2)`

Diameter of the circle

`= sqrt((-7-9)^2+(-6-24)^2)`

`= sqrt(1156)`

`= 34`

Radius of the circle (r) `= 34/2 = 17`

Circumference `= 2*pi*r = 34pi`

Answers

Radius `= 17`

Circumference `= 34pi`

Going from the above answer, the area of the circle is given by `A=pi*r^2` , which in this case equals `A=pi*17^2=289pi`
