To convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit you take the value in degrees C and multiply by 9/5 and then add 32 to the result.  The calculation is below:

-10 C * (9/5) + 32 =

(-90/5) + 32 =

-18 + 32 = 14 F

So the final answer is 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
