The vector being described here is <10,11,5>

6-(-4)=10, 7-(-4)=11, 1-(-4)=5

If the tip of the vector is at (0,-5,1), then the tail is a (-10,-16,-4), because 0-10=-10, -5-11=-16, 1-5=-4
