In the Chrysalids, how is the Sealand woman intolerant?

In the Chrysalids the Sealand woman was intolerant because of the ways that she acted of the different(people that don't have the same characteristics as her). She kill the wicked and mutated without any feelings. She also embraced the stronger telepaths and left the weaker ones.
