Quadrilateral with exactly one pair of consecutive sides congruent.

Rhombus - a quadrilateral with 4 equal sides.  Therefore this figure would have multiple consecutive pairs of sides congruent.

Kite - quadrilateral with 2 pairs of unique equal sides.  Therefore this figure would have 2 pairs of congruent consecutive sides.

Trapezoid - quadrilateral with 1 pair of parallel sides. If you made one of the legs equal in length to one of the bases, it would have one pair of consecutive congruent sides.

Square - all squares are rhombi, therefore it would have multiple consecutive congrent sides.
