A rhombus is a quadrilateral with all sides having the same length. A kite has two pairs of equal adjacent sides. A square has all the sides of the same length. An isosceles trapezoid is a quadrilateral where a line of symmetry bisects an opposite pair of sides. An isosceles trapezoid does not have any pairs of sides that are congruent.

The correct answer is option C.
