Peter plans on taking over the world with the help of Valentine.  Together they begin posting articles on the nets to influence public opinion of the war with the Russians; they do so anonymously and under the pen names Demosthenes and Locke.  As Locke, Peter poses as the moderate voice of reason, and Valentine as Demosthenes takes a more incendiary view of how to approach the building conflict with the Russians.  The two plan their articles and help each other capture the voice of their different personas.  Both Peter and Valentine are motivated by the potential to influence the adult sphere as young people.
