Can you help me write a petition?so my mom wants to get some healthcare things changed...

- Outline what the workers dislike about the health care plan
- Describe the changes they would like to see that would address their concerns
I'm assuming that the petition would be directed at (addressed to) the bosses who picked the health plan.
So the first thing I would say is that it would need to sound respectful instead of angry.
As to what it should say, I think it would need to
I also think it would be more effective if they could find out some facts about how much the current plan is costing the employer and how much the better alternatives would cost. The more information they have, the better they can do the second point above.
Which brings me to my last point -- the petition is going to have to ask for something realistic. They can't ask for more than the employer can possibly afford.
