Can you give me 3-5 specific signs for me to know that my ActivBoard interactive pen...

1. Does your pen have new batteries?
2. Does the LED light change from red to green when the pen tip is depresed on the board?
If you have NEW batteries and the LED light does not change, you will probably need a new pen.
You can also try to disconnect the USB cable from the DPA II for 15 seconds and reconnect to reset the pen.
