One of the first things you need to do is decide if you are going to present information about the International Committee of the Red Cross or the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, or if you are going to focus specifically on the American Red Cross. These are different organizations, with different founding dates and different leaders. All aim to provide humanitarian assistance to those in need due to natural or manmade disasters, wars, or epidemic health crises.
A PowerPoint presentation of pictures showing activities conducted by whichever organization you select, accompanied by maps showing where the activities are taking place and graphs or tables recording the number of people helped, would be a very effective illustration of the vast amount of good work done by any of these groups. If you don't have access to PowerPoint, enlarged pictures and other graphic materials on display boards would serve the same purpose. Another possibility if you have equipment available would be to show a YouTube video interview or feature about work being done by your chosen organization.
