Here we are given that :

$15660x2/3x1/2=5220.

($15660-5220)x2/3=6960.

Now we need to determine the following:

($15660-?)x2/3=?

From the equations given above we see that here we can replace the question mark within the brackets with 5220 and the question mark on the right with 6960.

($15660-?)-$600=?

Here we do not have any restraints given on the values that can be chosen. If we take the question mark in the bracket to be 0, the question mark on the right is 15060.

Similarly, an infinite other combinations are possible.
