Calculate the frequency if vector H = xsin(10^7pi t-0.2z)+ycos(10^7pi t-0.2z-5/2pi)?

In the given expression for vector H, the coefficient in front of time t

is the angular frequency: `omega=10^7pi`

Angular frequency `omega`  and frequency f are related by the expression

`f = omega/(2pi)`

So from here the frequency is

`f = (10^7pi)/(2pi) = 5*10^6` Hz
