The cost function is given as C(x)=7300+2x+0.01x^2+0.0002x^3

The marginal cost function is given by C'(x).

C'(x) = 2 + 0.02x + 0.0006*x^2

At x = 100, C'(x) = 2 + 0.02*100 + 0.0006*10000 = 10

The marginal cost at x = 100 is 10
