A bottling plant has 121500 bottles with a capacity of 355 ml, 125000 caps, and 53575 liters of beverage.How many bottles can be filled and capped? How much of each item is left over?

The bottling plant has 121500 bottles with a capacity of 355 ml, 125000 caps, and 53575 liters of beverage.

The number of bottles that can be filled with the beverage is: `53575/0.355 = 150915` but there are only 121500 bottles.
Also, the number of caps is greater than the number of bottles. After the bottles have been filled there is 10442.5 liters of beverage left and 3500 caps left over.

10442.5 liters of beverage will be left over and 3500 caps. When doing this problem you have to remember to change liters to milliliters. 53575x3 =160,725 Then you can proceed with the problem.
