The number of employees in 2004 `= 68`

The number of employees in 2014 `= 170`

The increase in employees `= 170-68 = 102`

The percent increase wrt 2004 `= 102/68 xx 100 %`

                                            `= 150 %`

The percent increase expected is 150%.
