Billy Bishop Goes to War is the story of a World War I Canadian fighter pilot who was flying for Canada and for England as Canada was still a colony of England during World War I. The play, narrated by an aged Billy at 62 years of age tells the memories and experiences of the war and of fighting for two countries.
