In an open oscillating circuit, a vertically conductor, has an extremity to the ground, a length l and the capacity C. Find  conductor's inductance.

The conductor set on the ground represents an antenna where the electromagnetic oscillations are produced with the conductor wave length, lamda=4*l

l=lamda/4=cT/4

T=2*pi*sqrt (L*C)

L=4*l^2/(pi^2*c^2*C), where c is the light speed.
