In Act 5 Scene 1 Lines 33 to 57 how does Prospero use his magic in his soiloquy?

During those actual lines, I'd say the only magic he is doing is playing magical music to cast an illusion over the shipwrecked sailors.
However, he mentions doing other magic. He mentions dimming the sun, calling the wind, shooting lightning bolts (to blast trees), shaking the land, tearing up trees, and opened coffins and made the dead walk.
