360 Security Soultions alarm installer told me verbally that the battery backup system on the alarm had a 48 hour life in power outage. To the contrary, the power went out and I found out I had a 4 hour battery or less. I signed a 3 year contract. The contract says nothing about the backup battery. This was verbal. The installer deceived us to make a sale. I emailed the installer and he said he would come over and install the larger battery. I have been paying since May 2012 for a system I thought I already had. My electric went out Feb. 20, 2012, when I found out the truth. They will not let me cancel, due to deceptive practices.
