To determine the average of x, y and z the sum of the three numbers is required. Here, two equations have been provided that relate the three numbers: 2x + 4y + 3z = 120 and 4x + 3y + 2z = 60.

Using these it is not possible to determine the value of x + y + z.

The information provided is insufficient to determine the average of the three numbers.
