The equation 25x^2 + 5 = 14 has to be solved for x.

25x^2 + 5 = 14

=> 25x^2 = 14 - 5

=> 25x^2 = 9

=> x^2 = 9/25

x = `+-3/5`

The solution of the equation is `+-3/5`

Given equation is        `25x^2+5=14`

             or,        `25x^2+5-14=0`

            or,                 `25x^2-9=0`

            or,           `((5x)^2-3^2)=0`

As `a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b)`

        so,        `(5x-3)(5x+3)=0`

Now,   `(5x-3)=0rArr5x=3`

                         or,          `x=3/5` ,

         `(5x+3)=0rArr5x=-3`

                       or,            `x=-3/5` .

So       `x=+-3/5` .
