Balance  equation for 

`C_4H_8+6O_2->4CO_2+4H_2O` 


We  can see that burning 1 mole of  `C_4H_8`  produces 4 moles

of `CO_2`

Let x gram corbon die oxide produced.

moles `CO_2= ` mass/molar mass

                    = (x/44)

moles of C_4H_8=(1/4)(x/44)=x/176

Thus

mass C_4H_8 = molar mass x moles

21.8=56 (x/176)

x=68.51 g
