Determine the following: n [(A∩C)∪B]

`n[(AnnC)uu(B)] = n(AnnC)+n(B)- n(AnnCnnB)`

If you draw a venn diagram you cansimply see the above fact

`n[(AnnC)uu(B)] = 25+158 -25 = 158`

A intersection B = 13

A interesection B interction C = 25

This cannot be possible

A intersection B must be greater or equal to 25

then only we can answer

 

or with out above analysis we can tell the answer is 158
