A 12,0 -cm-diameter loop of wire is initially oriented perpendicular to a 1.5 T magnetic field.  (a) Find the magnetic flux through the loop. (b) If the loop is rotated so that it's plane is parallel to the field direction in 0.20 s , what is the average induced emf in the loop?

B=1.5 T

diameter of coil= 12 cm

radius=6 cm=.06m

magnetic flux through the loop say `phi`

`phi=B.(pi.r^2)cos0^o`

`=1.5xx(22/7)xx(.06)^2=1.697xx10^(-2)`  `Tm^2`

 

emf=`phi/(Deltat)`

=`1.697xx10^(-2)/.20=8.486xx10^(-2) ` V
