The nurse wants to see Juliet married and happy. She favored the planned marriage to Paris; she favors the marriage to Romeo.
The Friar is afraid that if he leaves them alone, they'll have sex.
Romeo's claim for his love is poetic, but not specific, but Juliet says that her love has grown too large/great for her to count.
