`1/ (sqrt(5) - sqrt(3))`  to rationalize this denominator we must use the difference of squares function or we will still be left with a square root inthe denominator:

`therefore (1/ (sqrt(5) - sqrt(3))) times( (sqrt(5) + sqrt(3))/ (sqrt(5) + sqrt(3))` ) This only has the effect of multiplying by `1/1`

`therefore = (sqrt(5) + sqrt(3))/ (5-3)`

= `(sqrt(5) + sqrt(3))/ 2`
