Hogfather | Characters
Hogfather, like many of Pratchett's novels, can be seen as having more than one protagonist. Although it is Susan who eventually provides the resolution of the problem of the Hogfather's disappearance, Death plays a very prominent role in the plot, as it is through Death that Pratchett examines the social role of Christmas as a holiday.
