What was the diffrence from the start to the end of the Catholic church. Did it get better or worse. Explain please

    In you say in I'm assuming you mean end. The Catholic church has not ended and will not end on earth untill the end of the world. The Church has of course made its mistakes because it is a human run organization. But it will never end because it was divinely inspired by God himself. Sadly there has been a decline in basic morality throughout the world, but the Church cannot be solely blamed.
