Please hellp me to compose a short speech that express the defeat of the kiowa people and the need to stop fighting in the 1870s

Writte a short speech that expresses the resignation felt by Native Americans after fighting for their way of life. Fel free to paraphrase the words of other tribal leaders between 1870 and 1890 since they basically shared the same fate.

One paragraph could talk about the difficulties of the wars fought to date, and another could talk about the need for peace.
