The Story
Knaps, stranger to Ephesos, materializes one late summer morning at the home of Herakleitos, the thinker, whom Knaps presumes to visit without asking first. Knaps receives a gracious welcome from Herakleitos and his two companions, housekeeper Selena and slave Tmolos.
