    As recently as this year, the consensus is that the RhogD12 continues to be the answer to metastasis, and that it supresses all kinds of secondary spreads from cancer. The most recent information is that

    "...the phosphorylation by Src enhances RhoGDI2 metastasis suppression and that loss of Src relieves metastasis suppression in tumor cells that maintain RhoGDI2 expression. The findings suggest caution in using Src inhibitors in the hope of delaying progression in pts with bladder cancer"
