There are many treatments for insect bites. Since the toxin can produce different reactions in different people it is good to know if you have any allergies related to bites. Many people are allergic to bee stings, but  an ant bite can produce just as severe reactions as bee stings. An immediate first aid would be to apply ice or cold compresses to reduce swelling and itching. Make sure wound is cleaned with perhaps an antiseptic. The most common over the counter  remedy to take internally would be benedryl, a sufficient antihistimine to reduce swelling and itching. If the symtoms persist see a doctor for additional treatment.
