Health | Herbal Supplements Are Beneficial
Anne McIntyre argues in the following viewpoint that herbal supplements can relieve a variety of physical and mental ailments. Ginkgo, for example, has been used for centuries to enhance memory and improve brain function, she contends. According to McIntyre, many other herbs are available that fight disease and retard the aging process. She recommends that people with chronic or serious health issues consult an herbalist before taking herbal supplements. McIntyre is a medical herbalist and the former director of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.
