Harvey the Rabbit, one of the most famous characters of film, resides at the Jimmy Stewart Museum in Indiana, PA.  The museum was created during Stewart's lifetime, but because he was such a modest person, he originally did not want a museum at all, and it was only because the founders were willing to create a very small museum that he consented. The museum is in downtown Indiana, right across the street from where Jimmy Stewart's father owned a hardware store.  There is also a statue of Jimmy Stewart next door to the museum.  Stewart got his start when he learned to play an accordion someone used to "pay" Stewart's father.  Interestingly enough, I occasionally teach with a cousin of Jimmy Stewart, and I can see the resemblance!
