If the bed & breakfast is located in a historic district, has a unique setting, charm, and knowledgeable, gracious hosts, the inns do well.
In the nine years that I have been employed with MSU, we have counseled over thirty entrepreneurs as they worked through the maze of starting a Bed and Breakfast business....
