What do you people think about this play? Do you like it?

I think it's a good play, it's a bit harder to read then some of O'Neil's other plays. The problem with it is that it has a lot of themes, a lot of ideas, and a lot of stuff going on. To me that makes it a bit harder to read, it's kind of scattered but it also has scenes which are really engrossing and intellectually stimulating.

In general, critics felt that this play is one of O'Neil's most important plays.

Hi, I think that this play is really interesting and worth to read, since it reveals certain feelings, we sometimes suffer from, like alienation and loss. Therefore, plays, like The Hairy Ape, reflecting us and the reality, are, probably, more preferable to me.
