“I felt that, as the time passed at Gustavus, the better it got. It started with me being worried about the cost of things, rather than what it was really worth to me. After my first year, I wished I were anywhere else. But over my next three years, I gained relationships that were more valuable than the tuition cost. College is what you make it, no matter where you end up. It just happens that Gustavus is the place I ended up, and looking back on it, I’m glad I didn’t pick any place else.”
