Gulliver's Travels

   There are four books to Gulliver's Travels and each of them have a chapter three.  I am not certain which one you are referring to, but a mock skirmish is a pretend conflict of some sort.  There are a few examples in GT, including but not limited to the tests of skill for the Lilliputian politicians.
