    I believe you are asking about the interview that takes place in the seventh chapter of the second section. The conversation between Gulliver and the King of Brobdingnag is long and involved and they both make several points about why their respective governments are better, but probably the main three comments that Gulliver makes are that the Brobdingnag army is ridiculous because there are no outside armies; the people are not allowed to comment on their government; and the king himself is very narrow minded.
