Please help: Imagine being Nick Carraway and you just left the party of Tom-- what happened at the party, and how did it make Nick feel?

I'm assuming you're referring to the party at Tom's apartment in Tom with Myrtle.  Nick often mentioned the fact of being bored or drowsy when he's there, even though there's a lot going on.  It one of the few times in his life that he's been drunk or tipsy, so that would color his thoughts on the events.

Nick also has a fondness for Daisy, so he may comment about how horrible it is that Tom is cheating on her and giving excitement to Myrtle when he could be giving that excitement to Daisy.

Nick may also not like the extravagant lifestyle Tom is leading.  He and Myrtle buy things (like the dog) just because they can and don't think of the consequences (who will care for the dog?)  The last event Nick might want to comment on is Tom breaking Myrtle's nose when she chants Daisy's name over and over again.  Tom is obviously revealing his physical strength and the way he treats women, especially when drinking and provoked.  He might wonder how that affects Daisy.

Perhaps you may want to read the last pages of the novel for an insight into Nick's character and final analysis of the people with whom he has spent time.  He reminisces about his return to the Midwest at Christmas time.  "I am a part of that [middle West]," he reflects.  He states that all of them--Tom and Gatsby, Daisy and Jordan and he--were all Westerners and possessing some "deficiency in common."    Nick says that the East has a "quality of distortion," and he perceives the East as a night scene by El Greco, the artist whose eyesight defect made objects elongated and distorted. In the East, Nick perceives the distortion of the idealism and wholesomeness of the Midwest.

Much like Jordan's remark to Nick about his "throwing her over," Nick feels "a little dizzy" from witnessing the behavior exhibited by the wealthy, materialistic, and morally empty class with which he is associated.
