    The future perfect tense indicates an action that will have been completed sometime in the future. For instance, by the time I finish writing this answer, several more people will have posted questions on eNotes. The future perfect tense has three components: the future helping verb "will," the helping verb "have," and the past participle of the main verb.

    The future progressive tense indicates an action that is continuous into the future. For instance, I will be typing on my keyboard until I finish writing this answer. The progressive tense uses the future helping verb "will," the helping verb "be," and the present participle of the verb (which always ends in "ing").

    Put the two together to create the future perfect progressive: You will have been hearing...

    This tense indicates a continuous action that has a stopping point in the future. For instance, several minutes will have been ticking off the clock by the time I finish this answer.

      parentheses  is   either or both of a pair of signs ( ) used in writing to mark off an interjected explanatory or qualifying remark, to indicate separate groupings of symbols in mathematics and symbolic logic, etc. Your question ``Write the following in the tense in parantheses``seems that you are perhaps confused what the parenthesis actually is or you might have taken it as one of the tense.If you are clear about it or you mean to enclose the answer in the parenthesis,the answer is the following.
